1. Renter Responsibility
The Renter bears full responsibility for any damage, loss, or deterioration of the vehicle from the moment of pickup until its return.
2. Insurance Coverage
Basic Insurance (T.P.I.)
Included in the daily rental price and covers only damages to third parties. It does not cover damages to the rented vehicle.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Covers damages to the vehicle with an excess amount of €1,500. The Renter is responsible up to the amount of the excess.
Full Coverage (Optional)
With an additional charge of €30 per day:
The excess is reduced to €500.
Not covered:
Damage to rims
Tires
Underside of the vehicle
Interior damages
Mechanical damages caused by misuse
In case of intoxication, violation of traffic regulations, or failure to report an accident, the coverage becomes void.
3. Accident
In case of an accident:
Mandatory notification of the company & Traffic Police
Completion of an accident report
Submission of the Traffic Police report
In case the Renter is at fault:
Charged with the excess amount
Charged with administrative fees of €30
Charged for the days the vehicle remains out of circulation (Loss of Use)
The compensation is calculated based on the daily rental rate.
4. Traffic Violations
All fines and violations are borne exclusively by the Renter.
5. Late Return
A delay of more than 2 hours is charged as an additional rental day.
6. Vehicle Cleaning
Basic cleaning: €20
Biological cleaning (smoke, stains, etc.): €150
7. Prohibited Use
The following are prohibited:
Driving by an undeclared driver
Driving under the influence of alcohol
Racing / dangerous driving
Use outside Greece without permission
Misuse causing mechanical damage
In these cases, the Renter bears full responsibility regardless of insurance coverage.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup: Full refund of the deposit.
Cancellation 48–72 hours before: 30% of the total rental is retained.
Cancellation 24–48 hours before: 50% of the total rental is retained.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before or No Show: 100% of the first day is charged.
In case of no show without notification, the reservation is cancelled after 2 hours of waiting.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
During periods of high demand (July – August – Holidays), the deposit is non-refundable if the cancellation is made within 7 days before pickup.
